Introducing plants in mineral installations such as window boxes, floral suspensions and poles, orangery containers.
Respecting a unity in selecting colours and materials: street furniture, flagstones.
Making the city more pleasant and functional: seats, trash cans.

Planting of 2,000 perennials (around the rose garden pond in St Crépin Park)

.Installations at city entrance
Laon and Compiègne: installation of a 5 meter-high HIBISCUS pole with 2 suspensions (two ornamental bowls) equipped with a built-in watering system.
Reims: installation of a 4.5 meter-high pole with flowery window boxes. Each box is 800mn X 400mm with integrated watering system.
.Development of the roundabouts "Marine" (rue Ernest Ringuier) and "Belleu/Ribeirou": installation of a 5 meter-high HIBISCUS pole composed of three scrolls with an integrated watering system.
.Installation of flower beds "Résidence Hôtel de Ville »
Two bases of 2 meter-high steel column will be erected, blue-coloured and equipped with a watering system. At the top, two ornamental bowls will be planted of flowers. On the ground there will be lawn.
.Window boxes at the angles of the Covered Market: 1,200 mm long,
235 mm wide and 263 mm high.Some specific supports will be used to prevent risks of theft, falls and vandalism.

Development of Reims Avenue:
A begonia blue arch made of steel will be installed. It will be 3.5m high. In the middle of the arch two ornamental bowls will be suspended. It will be equipped with a watering system.

FORECASTS 2007:

  • Development of the Ecusson Roundabout
  • Development of the Gambetta Bridge (if retrocession)
  • Acquisition of a pavilion in the Town Hall Gardens
