- Le Parc du Plateau

It is an activity park of strategic importance. It makes it possible to establish an industrial or logistics Company.
It feeds a market area of 14 million inhabitants as well as Northern Europe.
Total surface: 250 hectares
Available surface : 150 hectares
Pieces from 1.5 hectare to 32 hectares

- Le Parc Gouraud

It is located in the heart of the historical centre of Soissons and forms a large business and services district.
It is a park of 13 hectares open to any type of companies working in the field of the tertiary sector, high technologies, research, development and services. Its capacity exceeds 40,000 m2 of offices. The setting up of a company in the Parc Gouraud is eligible to Soissons Urban Frank Zone system of exemption (under conditions). The establishment must be effective at the end of December 2011.

- Le Parc des Entrepôts

This park accommodates the new companies on its 5.5 hectares, of which 10,000 m2 already built (several buildings) and 17,000 m2 of pieces approved for development .

To establish one’s company in the Parc des Entrepôts allows to be eligible to Soissons Urban Frank Zone system of exemption (under conditions). The setting up must be effective at the end of December 2011.

- Le lotissement des Taillepieds

This park accommodates the new companies on its 6 hectares.

The available surface can be divided into plots of 10,000 m2 in the heart of an industrial and commercial activities allotment where the German group UZIN (floor covering) is already set up for the realization of its logistic platform for the Benelux countries, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.

The Post office has also installed its sorting office there.

- Le Parc des Etomelles

Whole surface: 90 hectares

This park accommodates the new companies in its business-incubator hotel: 10 cells from 255 m2 to 600 m2 and 2 offices of 12 and 53 m2.

Main companies: ACR LOGISTIC, BREGER, GEODIS, CAVATORTA, CHEMETALL, TRIANGLE.

- Le Parc de Sermoise

Whole surface: 70 hectares

The Parc de Sermoise can constitute only one plot or be shared in several pieces.

The site benefits from an important clean water (valley site), from the proximity of the Aisne river (inland waterway transport and ability to discharge treated water). Possibility of train junction.
